It is the trendy pastry shop of Sélestat! The trompe-l'oeil decorations inside and outside are already worth a visit. The welcome is warm, and Nadia will guide you in your choices. In season, the ice creams are fine, light and always succulent. The glasses and their fruit mousses are divine, varied and their flavors change regularly. The cake of the knights is original and the spices which compose it will remind you some oriental desserts.
