Jeff de Bruges needs no introduction. This French chocolatier, and not Belgian as one might think, has won over a gourmet clientele with quality products at more than reasonable prices. Founded in 1986 by Philippe Jambon, Jeff de Bruges was born of the desire to marry two great chocolate traditions: Belgium for its perfect mastery of all manufacturing processes, and France for the inventiveness of its recipes and original flavor combinations.
