On a gress soil, (sand mixed with pebbles), which characterizes the soil of Costières de Nîmes, the domain of Donadille is located in the enclosure of the agricultural high school of Rodilhan, specialized in the training to the professions of agriculture. In 1979, Daniel took over and enlarged his father's vineyard. The vineyard then went through a restructuring phase with the planting of improving grape varieties. In this organic and fair-trade bean-to-bar chocolate shop set up in 2015, European medalist Corinne lets us taste an organic almond praline chocolate of her own making. Enjoyment and discovery! The range of chocolates on offer is impressive. Everything is made with local produce such as Cévennes honey, fresh butter and organic gourmet cream... Taste creations such as white licorice chocolates and organic white gianduja with chili pepper.

An urban farm but an ecological farm. This is how Emilie and Franck define their farm, which combines all the necessary conditions for growing spirulina. The two young people embarked on this unusual adventure in 2013, convinced of the virtues of this micro-algae. Harvested by hand from April to October, the spirulina, grown in a greenhouse, is filtered for two hours, before passing under the press. It is then shaped into fine spaghetti and dried for five hours at low temperature.

The Domaine des Sauvaire is a place of taste, flavour and history. The first traces of the existence of this estate date back to 1660, when Jean Sauvaire married. Today, more than three centuries later, his heirs are keeping the tradition alive. This estate, located on the Mas de Reilhe, has always had an agricultural vocation, activities that explain the presence of the vaulted sheepfold and the coach house. The relatively mild climate of the region and the good amount of sunshine explain these crops.

At the same address as the restaurant, Tom and Corinne, owners of Le Terroir for many years, also have a charming boutique dedicated to Uzège products, which is located in the restaurant. The Domaine du Vistre is the property of the Dupret family, winegrowers for six generations. Little by little, the family has oriented its vineyards towards qualitative grape varieties in order to create high quality wines in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes appellation. The Domaine de Gressac converted to organic farming in 1970 on a dozen hectares in the commune of Verfeuil. The Domaine Tardieu Ferrand is the result of the marriage of two winegrowers and two estates (one in the Uzège and the other in the Rhône Valley). Here, you can taste and discover wines of the appellation IGP Coteaux du Pont du Gard. Although the estate straddles different appellations, this choice allows the winegrowing couple to enjoy total freedom in the wine-making process. The two wineries merged in 2010 to form a single entity with 70 cooperative members. However, each of the two cellars has retained its own identity: the Vauvert cellar, which has been in existence since 1939, produces top-quality Costières, while the Gallargues cellar, which has been in existence since 1929, is more focused on Vin de Pays d'Oc. Welcome to Mas Seren, in the heart of the Cevennes! Yes, the rhyme is deliberate, as EmmanuelleSchoch, the owner, will explain. This native of Lyon has been planting her six hectares here in Monoblet for ten years (tasting and sales are in Anduze). The estate is surrounded by scrubland and oak forests, bathed in sunlight and watched over by the stars (which give the estate its name: Seren means "star" in Welsh, and each wine is named after a star).

At Domaine de la Romance, the winegrowers have forged a bond with the land, which they cultivate with love and kindness on a small, organically-farmed acreage. For your part, you'll fall under the spell of this estate and its owners, who will passionately explain and show you their work, their wines and their products. The Cave de l'Ormarine is a group of 8 cooperative wineries. Of these, 6 are located in the Hérault, 1 in the Gard and 1 in the Minervois. The supply area is therefore extensive, stretching from the Cévennes to the Mediterranean (Pinet, Villeveyrac, Cournonterral, Vias, Olonzac, etc.). So don't be surprised if you find wines in this cellar that have nothing to do with the local terroir: Picpoul de Pinet, Collines de la Moure, Côtes de Thau... Masa Mama is a living bakery created by Clément. Here, every flour selected is organic, and natural sourdoughs are given pride of place to create exceptional breads: tasty, easily digestible and long-lasting. Winner of the Gard gourmand competition for his farmhouse breads in 2024, he prepares a unique recipe every month, such as the surprising, but very gourmet, roasted pumpkin and black pepper bread. Among our favorites, don't miss the pompe à l'huile, a rare Provencal specialty beautifully crafted by this passionate baker.

Every Saturday morning, the town of Sommières passionately honors a commercial tradition that has endured over the centuries: the market. An essential part of the week, passers-by and residents alike stroll and glean the wonders of the area. All year round, fishmongers, market gardeners, butchers, farmers, winegrowers, olive growers, oyster farmers and beekeepers enthusiastically showcase their handcrafted products. Tasting and sharing are part of this weekly ritual, which is also an opportunity to stroll in the shade of the plane trees that line the Vidourle.

Domaine Les Cadinières is a small 13-hectare family estate run by Claire Reynes. She'll be delighted to welcome you to her tasting cellar, where you can discover her AOP Côtes du Rhône wines and talk passionately about her work, the vines and how she makes her wine. What's more, you can spend one or more nights on the estate. Not only is there a camping car park, but you can also sleep in the charming Les Garrigues gîte, right in the heart of the vineyards!

Eleven generations of winegrowers preceded Isabelle Boulaire, the current owner. In the heart of the garrigue of the Gard, she cultivates 15 hectares of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Cinsault with passion, love and respect for the environment. The result? An excellent Côtes du Rhône and, in particular, a Grand Roc cuvée that leaves no one indifferent! The cellar is open to visitors in summer. The Beaufort mill has been producing olive oil since 2003. The olives are harvested by hand. The different varieties (grossannes, lucques, bouteillans, négrettes, picholines) blended together give the oil its distinctive character. Other producers can bring their own olives (minimum 100 kg) and leave with their own production. The crushed pits release an antioxidant that preserves the unfiltered, first cold-pressed oil. In a pedestrian shopping street in the heart of Nîmes, truffle lovers will be delighted to discover this boutique specializing in this particular mushroom loved by a growing number of people. You'll be able to choose from truffle-flavored olive oil, peanuts, ginger, soy sauce and truffle-flavored pistachios. L'Aura des Champs is a member of the Boutiques Paysannes network. Celliers des 3 Tours" is a cooperative winery born of the gradual merger of the Moussac wineries with Brignon (merged in 1990) and Boucoiran (merged in 2003). As each village had its own tower, the name "Celliers des 3 Tours" was chosen. At the cooperative's cellar, which has been growing steadily for the past eighteen years, you can discover, taste and buy Pays d'Oc wines. The wine is typical of the south of France, and particularly of the Gard department, thanks to this fusion of small villages. You can taste on site at the cellar.
