Christophe Clément offers: fruit, vegetables and complementary organic products (brown sugar, oils, cereals, salt, compotes, jams, spices, soups, cooked corn on the cob). Squash and forgotten vegetables, such as parsnips, are reborn here and allow for new combinations of flavours. The organic stall offers four or five varieties of apples all year round, for the little ones' stewed fruit, and as many kinds of salads. The rest varies according to the season.

Read moreAn urban farm but an ecological farm. This is how Emilie and Franck define their farm, which combines all the necessary conditions for growing spirulina. The two young people embarked on this unusual adventure in 2013, convinced of the virtues of this micro-algae. Harvested by hand from April to October, the spirulina, grown in a greenhouse, is filtered for two hours, before passing under the press. It is then shaped into fine spaghetti and dried for five hours at low temperature.

Certified AB, their brewing method is artisanal and rustic, in order to obtain an unpasteurized and unfiltered beverage. A visit to the brewery may precede the sale on site, in order to discover the production process. Their production is distributed to all the good addresses around Béziers in Alès.
