This company is the only almond producer cooperative in France that produces, transforms and markets its fruit for confectioners, nougat makers, chocolate makers... There is an exceptional range of chocolate almonds, calissons, dragees, marzipan, fruit jellies and biscuits. Dare the almond, the house speciality made of roasted almonds flavoured with herbs and calissons in fruit or chocolate dress. But what else? With its sea views, attractive prices and intoxicating fragrances, this establishment deserves its success. Described as "the best ice cream parlour in Grau-du-Roi", the store has been run by Guillaume Thevenin for 8 years. His motto is: make good with excellent. He makes around forty homemade ice creams, using natural products (Bourbon vanilla, Sicilian pistachios, Valrhona chocolate...), which are produced in the workshop adjoining the store, and certain "must-haves" such as coconut, chocolate or blueberry remain on the menu all year round.

BOULANGERIE SANILHACOISE

Bakery
5/5
1 review

Sanilhac is a charming village with a secret boot: a baker, Antoine, who loves his profession above all, who has almost forgotten knowledge, conviviality and a rare service. It is a bakery, as well as a pastry, a tea salon, a glacier, a small restoration and the rental of atvs and VTC. It occupies a long building completely renovated in front of the town hall square. The bright space has kept its beautiful stone stones and ceiling beams, several rooms and a large terrace. The specialty is the hand-shaped sanilhacoise wand in stone crushed rye flour. He participated with 5 other bakers in the Duchy of Uzès in the elaboration of the figatine, brioche to olive oil with candied figs and éclats of nougatine. The custard is the Tropézienne. By far, we are short for this brioche to the orange flower and to the sweet cream and parfumée custard. Passionate about his craft, Antoine will tell you about sacristains, fougasses, laminated, gâteaux cakes raspberry, apples cooked in the oven, apricot. It is inexhaustible on this issue.

PANISSAIN

Bakery

This bakery has its secret, its secret boot: organic bread, tradition, and an offer of delicious breads. From the bread farm to the crown, from adjacent to chestnut bread, from the great complete to the flax bread or to the quinoa, the choice is so wide, the quality so serious, that the greedy ones are always annoyed. Whole or sliced, the breads all envy. At the end of the service, you may be offered a loaf of bread so that you don't get lost. A more friendly and friendly gesture as the reception at Panissain is always warm and caring. Even when the queue is close to kilometers…

Breads of all kinds! Soft breads, rustic breads, holiday breads, savoury and sweet tarts and puff pastries, sandwiches, evening cakes, desserts, iced vacherins, macaroons, pastries (including a praline brioche so tasty that you'll have to make a detour). Didier Marcellin is an artisan baker, chocolatier, ice-cream maker and confectioner like his father, from whom he took over the family pastry shop in Saint-Symphorien-de-Lay, near Roanne. He chose to settle down in the south. And that's good for us.

L'AMANDINE

Bakery
4/5
2 reviews

Jean-Marc Joaquim has been a baker since 1980. He chose to work a quality French flour. In the Amandine, organic breads are filled with spelt breads and a range of special or traditional breads. Your favourite wand, the festive tradition, developed from the red label plates, is kneaded and shaped in this baker where it is cooked throughout the day. Let us not forget the cakes that have made the reputation of this institution. Located along the green lane of the Vaunage, between Caveirac and Sommières, at the roundabout of Congénies, take advantage of the tea lounge and pergola to make a gourmet break and taste the nit, strawberry, maison house, etc. This shop is open on Sunday all day. Two other Amandine welcome you in picturesque villages, one in Sommières, at the entrance of the old town and the other in Calvisson in front of the post. You'll be delighted to discover the market days when the legs chew down and a little creux tiraille you. For your family events (weddings, birthdays, baptisms), do not hesitate to make your various pieces and gueules.

BOULANGERIE BOUZANQUET

Bakery
3.3/5
4 reviews

This Pâtisserie street bakery already enjoys an excellent reputation among the Nîmois, but it really deserves to be known beyond the circle - not so narrow! - its clientele. There is a lot of fun in a surprising queue, but it's because the bread is very good, very good cakes and famous pastries. During the period of kings, Bouzanquet did not always: its patties, of tradition, fluffy with souhaît, base in the mouth and attract the entire city. An excellent address, which is no longer to be proven.

Balaruc-Les-Bains curistes no longer know where to head since 1989! Shared between the thermal spa and the Cure Gourmande, it is a true cure of youth, what I say, which has developed year after year, to open a new "station" of sweets in the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes. All the sweets and biscuits in the South of France have come to this shop. Besides the cure it is a real return in childhood that we offer the gourmet cure with its chocolates, caramel, nougats, calissons, madeleines, old in and other delicious sweets. Thanks to the products offered here, it is a little the taste of the holidays you bring to your home and that you can offer to your loved ones in nice boxes and other boxes, to be tasted without moderation. LE FRIAND II

Bakery

In Reunion, the grandfather sold small shortbread, then he bought a bakery-pastry shop. In 1977, the Friand de la Grande Motte was born, with a rapid development. In 1990 Jean-Yves, one of his two sons, set up Friand II in Grau-du-Roi. He died accidentally and it was his daughter Émilie, after an intensive apprenticeship, who took over the business in 2006. Émilie inherited from her grandfather and her father the rigour, the work and the same high standards. Everything is made on the spot: macaroons, chocolates, breads of all kinds, and a range of focaccia.

AU VIEUX PETRIN

Bakery

The car park on the right allows a quick stop before going to work. A small table and a few chairs make it possible to eat a coffee by enjoying a croissant or a brioche while watching the baker working behind his baker glass. " Nothing is more beautiful than the hands of a woman in flour "says a song by Claude Nougaro. And those of a man, then! ? The stall offers a variety of breads, including the famous bread of Beaucaire, renowned for its excellent conservation: the shepherds breed it in their transhumance. Beware, soon the Pompidou bakery will also open a grocery store in its premises!

BOULANGERIE ALLE

Bakery

Since Frederic Alle laid down its ovens rue Fresco, the life of this little street of the city centre has changed. The bread proposed is, without hesitation, one of the best in the city centre, in the purest French tradition of the crispy wand which, as soon as it hits, announces a well-started day. Viennoiseries are the same accabit, with a wide choice of fougasses to we, tomato or anchovies. Blanks, lightning and a fougasse of pure Mortes-Mortes also make the excellent reputation of this bakery. Traditional quiches and pizzas complete the proposals for salt. Everything was served with Laetitia's smile.

AU FOURNIL NIMOIS

Bakery

A little camouflaged in a small street that gives rise to the Revolution square, this harmless bakery at first glance applies the tradition of old-fashioned breads, that is, made in leaven with stone flour from a Moulin mill. Its characteristics? The taste, the colour a little bise and a good conservation, you will keep it carefree several days. The oven, which we see from the store, cooked a wide variety of breads, aux, ideal for foie gras, rye with lemon bark for fish, flax, complete, apples bread, apricots, nuts, walnut, paissou, intégrale bread, which stands out by its square shape, not bad for hot toast… At the same time, according to the season, more than types of bread go out of baker. They are placed on demand. And hot or cold pies are also worth a detour. An excellent address! Especially as car access is easy: You can stop it in duplicate without any problems.
