The 8-hectare vineyard, certified organic since 2024, produces AOP duché d'Uzès and IGP Cévennes wines. A passionate, committed young winemaker, Dorian Martin celebrates terroir through sustainable, eco-responsible viticulture. His three cuvées, made from traditional and emblematic grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah and Viognier, seduce with their quality and rich, complex aromatic profiles.
