A finalist in the prestigious Meilleur Pâtissier competition in 2015, Anissa Sadaoui has opened her boutique and tea room on the outskirts of the city. The concept: pastries without white or refined sugar and therefore with a low glycemic index. And don't worry, while elegant and sugar-free, Anissa's pastries are finger-licking good!
