The place lives up to its name! In this organic and fair-trade bean-to-bar chocolate factory (from bean to bar, an ethical and personalized process at every stage) set up in 2015, European medalist Corinne lets us taste a chocolate of her own making. The range of chocolates on offer is impressive. Everything is made with local produce such as Cévennes honey, as well as fresh butter and organic gourmet cream... We're already dreaming. Taste creations such as white licorice chocolates and organic white gianduja with chili pepper.
