Established in 2015 by six Corten farmers, A Robba Paisana markets only farm-grown food. You'll find good local, seasonal produce: organic and traditionally grown fruit and vegetables, wines, artisan jams, charcuterie, cheeses, cookies, eggs, organic chickens, veal, old-fashioned bread, as well as essential oils and cosmetics.... Producers take it in turns to welcome you to the store.

In 1905, the Costa family began raising and processing pigs in the village of Lama. In the 1970s, Ange Toussaint-Costa decided to set up a butcher's workshop in the basement of a house in Urtaca. At first, production was limited to the winter months, but expanded as the pig farm grew. In 1985, he built a new processing shed, recently enlarged. He is one of the island's three largest producers.

A grouping of the cooperatives of Aléria and Casinca, this cellar represents 70 winegrowers established on 1 500 ha. Since 1958, it has symbolized the wine revival of these micro-regions of the eastern coast. Here, talent and technology harmonize to produce always and still the best. It is the largest wine producer in Corsica, with a range of wines made from island grape varieties, but also from traditional varieties such as merlot, cabernet or chardonnay.

It's anyone's guess whether the Guidoni family deliberately chose to make their home on the airport road, the one that smacks of the nostalgia of returning from vacation! In any case, it's an ideal place to make the last purchases that will fill your suitcases. The members of the Guidoni clan are breeders, producers, butchers and charcutiers. A sure bet for anyone wanting to buy salciccia (sausage), panzetta or lonzu, among other cheeses, canistrelli and other local culinary delights!

Domaine Orsini has been described as the cathedral of modern gourmet delights. Originally famous for its AOC Calvi wines, it has expanded its production to include handcrafted aperitifs made from the fruits and plants of the maquis. You can come and taste orange or peach aperitifs, Muscat and Cap Corse, as well as liqueurs with scents of chestnut, wild blackberry, arbutus and citron, almond or fig and hazelnut, and an assortment of jams, nougats, fruit jellies and Maquisettes. Gift boxes also available. Beautiful, tastefully decorated cellar with reception and tasting room, and some fine musical and cultural events in season.

After spending three years in her uncle's laboratory, Laurine Serra took over the business to turn it into a reference point, dedicated to Cervione hazelnuts. Here, hazelnuts are transformed into sweet (spreads, honey and hazelnut delicacies, hazelnut cream, etc.) and savory (hazelnut flour, hazelnut oil, etc.) dishes. Salinu is the star of the store and is sold all over the island. It's a condiment made from salt (10%) and hazelnuts (90%), ideal for salads and soups. A Corsican must-have!

Here's a brewery with its heart firmly rooted in its land! Pierre-François Maestracci, the son of a winegrower, has been bottling Corsican terroir for over ten years, using local agricultural and artisanal ingredients to produce his beers with a strong character. Brewed with water from the "U Canale " spring at the foot of the mountain in Patrimonio, the beers are also elegantly bottled and aged. We appreciate the beauty of the bottles, the authenticity and inventiveness of the flavors!

The story of the domaine began in 1970, when Pierre and Christian, passionate winegrowers, cultivated their hectares of vines in Aléria. Forty years later, Christian's son Titi took over the reins, asserting his determination to imagine and produce his own wine. The original plots of Merlot were replaced by Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu and Carcajolu Neru. The entire harvest is processed by gravity in stainless steel vats. In the basement, the cellar houses the oak barrels where the red wine is aged.

It is the first Corsican marketing Company for identity products. This company continues to select the best food, cultural and artistic products from the island. Covering the soils of Saint-Florent, these organically-farmed vines are not treated with copper and produce wines worthy of France's finest restaurants: a fruity, elegant Patrimonio rosé, a typical, distinguished white, a dense, suave "crème de tête" red and a surprising Muscat with incomparable notes, available exclusively from the cellar!

Pascal Flori is a traditional breeder and butcher. Thanks to his rigorous selection of Pin di Nata pigs, the reputation of his products extends beyond the island. His products can be found on the best Michelin-starred tables in Corsica and on the mainland. The salting of the charcuterie is kept to a minimum, not only to enhance its taste potential, but also to be healthier. The establishment is located just outside the village and, with a little luck, you'll be able to discover the cellars in which the hams mature!

The third organic store of the now famous sign, precursor of the organic distribution in Corsica is on the eastern coast in Valle-di-campoloro. As in the two other stores, you will find at fair prices a panel of 10 000 references to consume in an ecological responsible way. A wide range of organic products, fruits and vegetables, fresh or frozen food, beauty and care products and also a large section of food supplements, essential oils, infusions. "Naturally different" is the motto of La Roulotte. In 1988, a real caravan symbolized the free spirit and precursor of the organic label, present on the island. U Paese has been perpetuating the know-how of the island's craftsmen for nearly thirty years. Sonia offers figatelli, coppa, lonzu, sausages, prizuttu, ventrè piènu... a quality pork butcher's shop which carries the colours of Castagniccia, but also goat's and ewe's milk cheeses from shepherds, brocciu, chestnut flour, liqueurs, not forgetting the inevitable olive oil. A real institution in Calvi, Annie Traiteur is the fruit of a family project born in 1992. Initially at the head of the shop, Annie and her husband passed on their know-how to their daughter to take over and transform it into a fine grocery store, neat and of quality. Thus, tourists and locals rush there to find all the flavours of the Corsican soil. In the delicatessen section, you can try the antipasti savoury tarts or the Corsican veal sauté. On the grocery side, the shop offers a wide range of carefully selected local products.

Boasting an original geographical location, this estate of almost thirty hectares, thirteen of which are AOC Patrimonio, was created in 1850 by the Santamaria family on the edge of Oletta.

Unlike other roadside estates, the Santamaria estate overlooks the picturesque mountain-lined Lake Padula, nestled on the outskirts of the village. The setting sun makes these remote lands seem like the end of the world, and they're definitely worth a visit! Organically farmed since 2014 and using a "culture raisonnée" approach since the beginning, the estate has been developed by Jean-Louis, a^{5th-generation} descendant of the Santamaria clan, supported today by his son Thomas, as well as Matisse, the figurehead of the ^6th generation.

In 2016, Thomas gave the family business a facelift and initiated a number of innovative changes: he proposed a new visual identity, which today stands out from the appellation's traditional labels, developed Tranoï (a contraction of Tra di noï, " between us ", in Corsican), a fine range of vins de pays, and in 2018 created "Montre tes yeux", a fresh and surprising red based on cinsault, a most original proposition for the region, but one that has proved popular. The red, white and rosé AOCs are a must-taste. Very popular in Corsica and on the mainland for its more accessible flavors, the range of vins de pays has been a victim of its own success, and certain creations are now impossible to find. Four generations have worked in the Casanova family cookie factory, nestled in the heart of the immemorial Balinese mountains. Founded at the end of the ^19th century, the house has never ceased to exhale the fragrance of its refined sweets, in its island of beauty and beyond. Guided by the age-old fragrance, gourmets will be able to explore the production unit located under the family home, to learn about the many secrets of manufacturing or to taste the tasty cookies of the day. A moment of bliss at the top!

For some thirty years, the Mattei family, parents and sons, have been making traditional sheep's and goat's cheeses. The milk is collected every morning from around twenty producers on the eastern plains and in the Castagniccia region, before being transformed into various soft cheeses and brocciu. A filetta means "fern" in Corsican, and with good reason: a hint of fresh fern is added to each cheese as a signature. You'll find an online store and great cheese recipes on the website!
