Departure from the Grotelle parking lot for this excursion to Lac de Mélu. Along the way, you can stop for lunch at the Mélu sheepfold, where two paths lead to the lake. This offers the opportunity for a swim, or opt for an extension to Lac de Capitellu, with an additional 30 minutes on a steeper path. At an altitude of 1,700 metres, the lake can be snow-covered in winter, so it's essential to bring appropriate equipment.

This recreational fishing association affiliated with the French federation of fishing at sea is dedicated to the defence, initiation and development of recreational fishing by boat near Bastia. Discover, from Brando, the Cap Corse seen from above, on mountainous paths. During the summer, the club moves to the town of Pietracorbara (10 minutes drive) to let you enjoy shaded trails.

From Calasima, Corsica's highest village, to the foot of Paglia Orba, the Vallone valley offers superb hiking in a wild setting. Lozzi is the starting point for the ascent of Monte Cinto. You'll pass Lac du Cinto and have the chance to sleep at the Ercu refuge. Beware: the paths are narrow and the gradients considerable, so this hike should be undertaken with caution and only if you're in good physical condition.

A symbol of centuries-old rurality, the donkey is undoubtedly one of Corsica's most popular emblems. The donkey has taken on the role of soothing companion to hard labor, as well as that of the ancient "all-terrain" mount that criss-crossed the mountains on arduous trails. Balagn'âne, the island's largest donkey farm, is committed to reviving these practices and renewing forgotten ties with this amazing animal, offering rides for all ages. Get ready to explore the island's mazes as you did in days gone by, at donkey pace!

Established 20 years ago, the association is ideally located on the eastern plain between the sea and the mountains. Managed by Jocelyne Jamis, an equestrian tourism guide since 1993, the association is accredited by the Fédération Française d'Équitation. The association has two clubhouses: one in the commune of Prunelli di Fium'orbu in winter, the other in the commune of Ghisonaccia in summer. The latter allows you to take advantage of the fine weather to ride your horse along the beach and breathe in the fresh regional air.

At Ghisoni, head south on the D69, then take the junction with the D169 towards the Capannelle sheepfolds (at an altitude of 1,640 m) and continue to the end of the road. From here, follow the Pietra Niella ski run to the summit, then take the path marked with cairns. After about 1 hour's ascent to the south-west, you'll reach Lake Bastani. To bypass it to the west, follow the path past Punta Bacinello.

This hike takes you to Corsica's second-highest massif, Monte Rotondo, at an altitude of 2622 meters, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the whole of Corsica, its imposing peaks, majestic lakes, Cap Corse and the Mediterranean. The route starts from the D623 and passes through the Restonica Forest. After the Bergeries de Timozzu, the landscape turns mineral as you head towards Lac de l'Oriente. Between steep peaks and rocky ridges, the surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful, but be prepared for a steep climb for much of the way.

The Vizzavona Aventure park offers a forest acrobatic course on the site of the Vizzavona forest and its waterfalls. The structure also offers canyoning activities on the Richuisa river in Bocognano, hiking. Dare to try the 100 m Tyrolean traverse and the Tarzan jump. The 14 courses are located on laricio pines and beech trees. Let's go for 4 hours of thrills and challenges for the whole family. Helmets and harnesses are provided.

Altore was founded in Saint-Florent in 1993 by two sporty brothers, Olivier and Stéphane Leonetti. Subsequently, other outdoor activity sites were developed in Île-Rousse and Calvi, to the delight of thrill-seekers! In Saint-Florent: paragliding and microlighting. Calvi: "A Scimia Calvese" tree adventure course on the pinewood beach. In Balagne, paragliding with tandem flights. Flying sites: Montemaggiore, Lozari, Algajola, Corbara, Ostriconi, depending on wind direction and strength.

Nestled inland on the eastern coast, island sculptor Véronique Gabrielli's garden has evolved over the years into a vast artistic bestiary of monumental sculptures. A veritable fantasy landscape evoking Burton and Monet, this exhibition park is open all year round. In summer, it becomes a scenic space combining theater and music. For the occasion, actor Aurélien Gabrielli, Véronique's son, and his former colleagues from the CNSDP stage a play from the repertory, to the delight of festival-goers.
