Domaine Orsini has been described as the cathedral of modern gourmet delights. Originally famous for its AOC Calvi wines, it has expanded its production to include handcrafted aperitifs made from the fruits and plants of the maquis. You can come and taste orange or peach aperitifs, Muscat and Cap Corse, as well as liqueurs with scents of chestnut, wild blackberry, arbutus and citron, almond or fig and hazelnut, and an assortment of jams, nougats, fruit jellies and Maquisettes. Gift boxes also available. Beautiful, tastefully decorated cellar with reception and tasting room, and some fine musical and cultural events in season.

The story of the domaine began in 1970, when Pierre and Christian, passionate winegrowers, cultivated their hectares of vines in Aléria. Forty years later, Christian's son Titi took over the reins, asserting his determination to imagine and produce his own wine. The original plots of Merlot were replaced by Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu and Carcajolu Neru. The entire harvest is processed by gravity in stainless steel vats. In the basement, the cellar houses the oak barrels where the red wine is aged.

These ten hectares of clay-limestone land bordering the sea are the pride of Jean-Laurent de Bernardi, whose illustrious father was at the origin of the "Patrimonio" appellation. Covering the soils of Saint-Florent, these organically-farmed vines are not treated with copper and produce wines worthy of France's finest restaurants: a fruity, elegant Patrimonio rosé, a typical, distinguished white, a dense, suave "crème de tête" red and a surprising Muscat with incomparable notes, available exclusively from the cellar!

Come and share a privileged moment in the heart of the renowned Alzipratu estate, near the monastery of the same name, with a sensory tour to discover the history of Corsican wines, the Balanin terroir, its grape varieties... The escapade ends with a tasting of the wines of the domain in connection with the Corsican gastronomy (5 dishes/5 wines). You will appreciate the welcome and the know-how of the Acquavia family. A grouping of the cooperatives of Aléria and Casinca, this cellar represents 70 winegrowers established on 1 500 ha. Since 1958, it has symbolized the wine revival of these micro-regions of the eastern coast. Here, talent and technology harmonize to produce always and still the best. It is the largest wine producer in Corsica, with a range of wines made from island grape varieties, but also from traditional varieties such as merlot, cabernet or chardonnay.

The estate of the Suzzoni family is located on the way to the 12th century San-Petru chapel, classified as a Historical Monument. It extends over 50 hectares in the communes of Montegrosso and Lumio, cultivated in the traditional way, on a land of granite arenas and clay terraces, planted with niellucciu, sciaccarellu, vermentinu, grenache, syrah, cinsault and muscat petit grain. Engaged in organic farming since 2010, the new superb cellar allows tasting, visits and enlightened comments. To taste: Domaine Culombu, Clos Culombu.

It has been known for four generations and operates a 12 ha vineyard on the slopes. The red Patrimonio Vieilles Vignes is very strong and will have to be aged at least two years to quintessence. The white based vermentinu, elegant and dry, and the fruity rosé 100% very pleasant niellucciu on a charcuterie, are superb. To eat in the shade of preference! In 1872, Louis Napoléon Mattei founded the Distillerie L.N. Mattei, and then had the bright idea of creating a wine-based aperitif with cinchona: Cap Corse Mattei, which was a huge success and is now a totally legendary drink. He also creates liqueurs based on the emblematic fruits of his beloved island, such as citron and myrtle. In this boutique, you'll find all the brand's products in sumptuous bottles, as well as related products (clothing, books, objects) and other famous spirits.

Founded in 1975, the Cave Saint-Antoine represents over 400 hectares of vineyards, a rare area in Corsican viticulture. To produce quality wines, the vines have been restructured with traditional grape varieties: niellucciu, vermentinu and sciaccarellu, mainly for AOC wines. The wines of Saint-Antoine have won numerous awards, all of which are listed on their website. During a tasting at the Saint-Antoine cellar, you can enjoy the wines with charcuterie, cheese and other typical Corsican products.

The Yves Leccia vineyard is a family estate offering a selection of quality wines. Yves Leccia, a passionate winegrower, chose to return to Corsica after graduating as an oenologist in 1980. Since then, he has put all his energy into developing the family estate and playing an active part in the revival of the Corsican wine industry. The estate offers a varied range of wines, from heritage cuvées to YL cuvées, including reds, whites and rosés. Visitors can discover the winemaking process on a tour of the winery, where they can learn more about the various stages of production.

This estate, which has seen generations of winemakers come and go, is now run by Eugène Paoli. On this 11-hectare estate, the grapes are left to dry on slate terraces. This is the recipe for producing the very best Muscats. The wines born of this land swept by sea winds give the whites a saline touch. AOC Coteaux du Cap Corse is also produced here, in all three colors, and regularly wins awards at national and international competitions. This muscat is made according to an ancestral method, without alcohol mutage.

The estate, which belonged to the Doria family, an old Genoese family, began to develop in the late ^18th century under the influence of Monseigneur Doria. Several winegrowers succeeded one another until Ange-Louis Angeli acquired it in 1952. Today, his son Michel Angeli runs the estate, assisted by his daughter. Planted with Corsican grape varieties (muscat, vermentinu, niellucciu, codiverta) and aleatico (from the island of Elba), the estate produces elegant white, red and rosé wines, as well as a delicious muscat.

Christophe Talon, a native of L'Ile-Rousse, has returned to his homeland after his escapades in Nice to set up this brand-new concept: a large wine cellar-bar, for our great pleasure. This renowned sommelier and wine consultant presents over 1,000 local, continental and international wines in a large, bright room. Christophe will be delighted to share his passion with you, and to extend the visit, you can also take a seat in the epicurean area, to find the perfect match between food and wine.

Covering some 15 hectares facing south/southeast, this beautiful vineyard produces a Muscat with incomparable candied fruit aromas, a red with a shimmering ruby color and spicy fragrances, a fruity white with citrus aromas and a powerful yet well-balanced rosé. Certified "Ecocert" and "Demeter" organic, this estate is definitely worth a visit! Adjacent to the estate, the son's Ribella artisanal brewery also awaits those who prefer a froth!

Good wine flows naturally through the veins of Muriel Liobard. Since 1997, this talented winemaker, descended from oenophiles, and her husband Stéphane, have been running the beautiful Domaine Giudicelli. The wines they produce are a reflection of their home, colorful and soulful: lively reds, spearheaded by Patrimonio AOC, suave, delicate Muscat, elegant, fruity whites, Niellucciu rosé and complex Grenache aromas. A prestigious vineyard that's resolutely local, organic and biodynamic!

At the foot of the Alistro lighthouse, Florence Giudicelli and her husband Jérôme Girard have been running a fine domaine for 8 years. The 2007 red is worth a detour for its fruitiness, balance and freshness. The Cuvée Vecchio 2007 white, a highly successful wine that has won awards in numerous guides, is perfect with grilled fish. As passionate artisan winemakers, the couple produce mainly vins de pays. These include chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon cuvées, as well as the highly confidential Mélusine red and white (no more than 2,000 bottles a year). Prices start at €11.

This estate has belonged to the Arena family since the early ^18th century. Cattle were reared here, and wheat and all kinds of fruit trees were grown before Antoine Arena took over in 1976 and devoted it to vines. The estate has always been farmed naturally, without the use of pesticides or chemicals. Today, Antoine's sons Jean-Baptiste and Antoine-Marie run the estate. They have made the transition from organic to biodynamic viticulture and continue to write the history of these exceptional vines.

Domaine Gentile is a wine cellar renowned for its tradition, quality and expertise. The estate offers a wide selection of wines, from red Patrimonio to white Malvoisie, rosé and Muscat. The elegant, generous Patrimonio red can be enjoyed young or aged. The Grande Expression and I Sensi reds, from low-yield plots, offer maximum concentration and maturation in foudre or barrique respectively. The rosé, obtained by bleeding, goes perfectly with spicy dishes. The white Patrimonio, dry and fruity, can be surprising when aged. The Grande Expression white, with its pellicular maceration and fine barrel ageing on lees, can accompany all seafood and even white meats. Muscat du Cap Corse, Muscat Cuvé Tradition and Muscat Cuvé Authentica are soft, harmonious wines, perfect as aperitifs or with foie gras, cheeses and desserts. The estate also produces a sweet wine called Rappu, a blend of muscat and niellucciu grapes. Domaine Gentile practices organic farming and produces organic wines.

This is a domain that evolves while respecting nature: indeed, everything is centered around organic viticulture. The estate, which has belonged to the Giacometti family since 1987, is regularly quoted in the best magazines and offers a pleasant stroll to get there.
