Christophe Talon, a native of L'Ile-Rousse, has returned to his homeland after his escapades in Nice to set up this brand-new concept: a large wine cellar-bar, for our great pleasure. This renowned sommelier and wine consultant presents over 1,000 local, continental and international wines in a large, bright room. Christophe will be delighted to share his passion with you, and to extend the visit, you can also take a seat in the epicurean area, to find the perfect match between food and wine.

Covering some 15 hectares facing south/southeast, this beautiful vineyard produces a Muscat with incomparable candied fruit aromas, a red with a shimmering ruby color and spicy fragrances, a fruity white with citrus aromas and a powerful yet well-balanced rosé. Certified "Ecocert" and "Demeter" organic, this estate is definitely worth a visit! Adjacent to the estate, the son's Ribella artisanal brewery also awaits those who prefer a froth!

At the foot of the Alistro lighthouse, Florence Giudicelli and her husband Jérôme Girard have been running a fine domaine for 8 years. The 2007 red is worth a detour for its fruitiness, balance and freshness. The Cuvée Vecchio 2007 white, a highly successful wine that has won awards in numerous guides, is perfect with grilled fish. As passionate artisan winemakers, the couple produce mainly vins de pays. These include chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon cuvées, as well as the highly confidential Mélusine red and white (no more than 2,000 bottles a year). Prices start at €11.

This estate has belonged to the Arena family since the early ^18th century. Cattle were reared here, and wheat and all kinds of fruit trees were grown before Antoine Arena took over in 1976 and devoted it to vines. The estate has always been farmed naturally, without the use of pesticides or chemicals. Today, Antoine's sons Jean-Baptiste and Antoine-Marie run the estate. They have made the transition from organic to biodynamic viticulture and continue to write the history of these exceptional vines.

Domaine Gentile is a wine cellar renowned for its tradition, quality and expertise. The estate offers a wide selection of wines, from red Patrimonio to white Malvoisie, rosé and Muscat. The elegant, generous Patrimonio red can be enjoyed young or aged. The Grande Expression and I Sensi reds, from low-yield plots, offer maximum concentration and maturation in foudre or barrique respectively. The rosé, obtained by bleeding, goes perfectly with spicy dishes. The white Patrimonio, dry and fruity, can be surprising when aged. The Grande Expression white, with its pellicular maceration and fine barrel ageing on lees, can accompany all seafood and even white meats. Muscat du Cap Corse, Muscat Cuvé Tradition and Muscat Cuvé Authentica are soft, harmonious wines, perfect as aperitifs or with foie gras, cheeses and desserts. The estate also produces a sweet wine called Rappu, a blend of muscat and niellucciu grapes. Domaine Gentile practices organic farming and produces organic wines.

This is a domain that evolves while respecting nature: indeed, everything is centered around organic viticulture. The estate, which has belonged to the Giacometti family since 1987, is regularly quoted in the best magazines and offers a pleasant stroll to get there. Be careful, dirt track that can be used for 3.5 km! To discover: the original Red "Sempre Cuntentu" and its beautiful label signed Anto, the red and white Sarah cuvée.

We make wine in Corte! Marina and Antoine Guelfucci have taken up winegrowing on their family land, following the principles of sustainable viticulture and harvesting by hand, without the use of pesticides or insecticides. The couple work with endemic grape varieties to produce fine bottles in all three colors. Above the vineyards, you'll find their large farmhouse inn, Osteria Di l'Orta, with plush rooms, a large terrace and a beautiful swimming pool.

Domaine de Terra Vecchia is a vineyard located in Tallone, Corsica.

Tallone, a small town in the Loire region, is home to Domaine Sainte-Anne, a winery renowned for its red wines. Packaging is 6 bottles per case, with the option of mixing and matching wines. Domaine Sainte-Anne offers a varied range of red wines, from the traditional Anjou Villages Brissac, awarded the Ligers de Bronze and selected in the Guide Hachette 2020, to the Coup de coeur du Guide Hachette 2019, the Anjou Rouge Cuvée Louis-Henri, partially aged in barrels for 9 months. In addition to red wines, the domaine also offers white wines, rosés, fine bubbles and bag-in-box.

A smooth change in this thirty-year-old estate with the arrival of the fifth generation of this family of winegrowers. Camille-Anaïs, a young oenologist and winegrower, is committed to feminizing this world of Calvados AOC brut. In addition to the interest of visiting this beautiful property, one will find the range Villa Maestracci in red and white, resulting from the old vines and raised in barrel 12 months, the great classic E Prove in the three colors of which a dangerous gray rosé, the Clos Reginu, in the three colors, traditional vintage and the Marottes of Anaïs in red.

Domaine Vecchio is a winery offering a wide selection of wines.

In a cosy and refined setting, l'Empreinte Caviste mixes leather and wood tones with the subtle colors of Corsican wines and spirits with more than 1,500 references. In the heart of its three stores in Bastia, Furiani, and Vescovato, local delicatessen products and exceptional products are multiplied: Corsican macaroons by Anne Marchetti, truffles and other delicacies line the shelves. A property renowned for its quality wines from 60 hectares of micro-terroirs, which make up all the richness of the wines, associated with the 7 emblematic grape varieties such as vermentinu, niellucciu, muscat petit grain and minustellu in particular. Special mention should be made of the beauty of the reception area, with exhibitions by renowned local and international artists, who present paintings and contemporary videos in total harmony with the surroundings. We fell in love with the white wine of the Felice cuvée, and an original Impassitu. For the reds, the emblematic Cuvée du Gouverneur matured in barrels is to be tasted in 3 years minimum. The red Cuvée Felice, very typical of the local appellation, can be drunk immediately to appreciate its red fruit aromas.

Hédiard is well known so that the guarantee of finding an excellent cognac flows from source. However, the store makes a nice share of the Corsican products so do not expect to have a large choix choice, you will find in general the delicious cognac Lhéraud. You have to accompany it with regional delicacies: poutargue, Corsican meats, chestnut bowl or nougat with hazelnuts are certainly the best places to accompany your tasting.

The area covers 13 hectares of slopes and clay, calcaire and schistose valleys. Cultivated with passion for several generations, Annette Leccia-de la Rossat's vineyard is in organic farming. The exceptional land allied to the traditional grape variety (niellucciu for the reds and the rosé, vermentinu for the whites, muscat small grains for natural sweet wines) bring to its wines all their typical.

One of the oldest estates in the Cape, created around 1850, disappeared in the 1920s. A new generation has replanted the vineyard which has 10 hectares of vermentinu, muscat petit grain and aleatico. The beautiful cellar in the ancestral mansion of the 19th century is worth a stop in Rogliano in the hamlet of Vignale for a look. The sale and the tasting, as for them, are carried out in Macinaggio. After Jean-Noël Luigi, it is Marine and Sébastien who now manage the estate. The reputation of the vineyard goes beyond the limits of the island and the AOC Muscat and Coteaux du Cap Corse, especially in white, surprise more than one amateur.

Christophe Ferrandis settled in the village after training in the Bandol appellation and a solid training acquired by his BTA vini-oeno and BTSA viti-oeno. He vinifies in an ancient bergery and his 7 Ha vineyard faces Leccia domains in Morta Pianala, the plain of the Myrtes. The crop is in organic and harvesting is made in a caissette with a low yield per hectare. To discover: the Clos Signadore cuv, produced only in red, and the A Mandria cuvée in the three colors.

Domaine Lazzarini is a wine shop located in Patrimonio, Corsica. This family-run estate reflects the values handed down from generation to generation and offers an authentic experience in the heart of the village. The Domaine offers a selection of quality wines, including a white, a rosé, a red "Su Lu Monte", a Muscat du Cap Corse and another red. The winemaker at Domaine Lazzarini makes it a point of honor to preserve the ethics and winemaking tradition of the Patrimonio region, renowned for its elegant, deep wines. The estate is located close to the San Martinu church, an emblematic symbol of the region. For wine lovers, a visit to Domaine Lazzarini is a must during a stay in Patrimonio.

Located in Barbaggio, Haute-Corse, Mlle D's winery, Marie-Françoise Devichi Vigneronne, is a must-see destination for wine lovers. Marie-Françoise Devichi, the first woman to run the estate, represents the 6th generation of one of the oldest winegrowing families on the island of Corsica. The estate extends over 40 hectares in a single block, in the idyllic setting of the Conca d'Oro, recently classified as a Grand Site de France. The clay-limestone soils give the wines their unique character. Marie-Françoise Devichi practises integrated viticulture, respecting the exceptional terroir she has inherited. Keen to develop the reputation of her estate, she has created her own brand, Mlle D, and offers a range of wines combining tradition and modernity.

Eric Poli, who is also President of the Comité Interprofessionnel des Vins Corses, founded this beautiful estate in 2005. He cut his teeth on his father's estate in Piana on the east coast, so needless to say, quality is his leitmotiv. Clos Alivu covers almost 15 hectares in the Patrimonio PDO (Corsica's oldest appellation): 3 ha in Oletta and 12 ha in Santo-Pietro-di-Tenda. The island's Vermentino and Niellucciu grapes produce whites, reds and rosés that are waiting to be discovered!

The estate is planted with niellucciu, alicante (the old signature variety of the estate's wines), vermentinu and muscat petit grain. On request, you can visit the winery on the Santa Severa seafront. Domaine Pieretti's wines thrive on the influence of the sea, as some of the vines have their feet practically in the water. The winery is run by Lina Venturi-Pieretti, heiress to a long line of Corsican winemakers, who is committed to promoting the terroir and its wines.

Amirale, Patriotique or Fidèle, the pretty bottles or cans of this beer don't lack piquancy, and tasting them is a pleasure. In 2019, Dumè Beretti created the Gloria artisanal microbrewery in Calvi, on the Balagne balconies road, to create a premium, full-flavored beer, American-style but... Corsican, for fine dining and its happy clientele, with boxes and entertainment at the brewery or in town, around a scooter... We also like Limo, a lightly sweetened lemonade available in three flavors: clementine, lemon and apple.

Mattei, famous for having invented Cap Corse, the island's emblematic aperitif, over 150 years ago, is now a concept store offering a wide range of products from the island and around the world. In addition to Mattei alcohols, you'll find a cellar brimming with wines and spirits, delicatessen products and designer items in this superb historic building listed as a French heritage site. There's also a large bar where you can sample the house's delicacies during a visit or on festive occasions.

The Paolini family created this estate in 1900. Today, Marc Paolini represents the fifth generation, following in the footsteps of his mother who ran the estate inherited from his own father. The Domaine Landry, planted with traditional grape varieties, is renowned for its grey rosé, of which it was the forerunner, but also a beautiful red Léa cuvée, matured in oak barrels, the white Léa, the Innatendu, a surprising red, the Blanc des copines.
