Here, hazelnuts are transformed into sweet (spreads, honey and hazelnut delicacies, hazelnut cream, etc.) and savory (hazelnut flour, hazelnut oil, etc.) dishes. Salinu is the star of the store and is sold all over the island. It's a condiment made from salt (10%) and hazelnuts (90%), ideal for salads and soups. A Corsican must-have!

j ai acheté une boîte de chocolats au prix de 42 euros pour 350 grammes ..prix élevé par rapport aux concurrents qui fabriquent des chocolats artisanaux .Mais lorsque l on ouvre la boîte ça sent carrément la négligence ..
Il n y a aucune présentation !
Les chocolats sont mis en vrac dans la boîte ,leur confection n’est pas soignee ,et la boîte n ‘est même pas pleine .
Le goût n a rien d exceptionnel ..
Il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs et moins cher
