Benjamin and Laetitia set up this farm in 2020, followed by a boutique in 2023 where you'll also find products from other producers. Recently opened in the pedestrian streets of Dax, Comme autrefois les Landes is THE new gourmet store in the town center! At Balme, truffles are a family affair that began over a century ago in the Vaucluse region. Maison Balme was created in 2013 when Thomas Balme and Mikel Poueyts decided to combine Provençal truffles with Basque gastronomy. Thomas Mollet and Lénaïc Lecrénais continue to write the story of Les Ruchers du Born, a farm that has been producing honey since 1960! Accompanied by Odile and Clémence, they raise 900 to 1,000 colonies of bees, encouraging their natural development. To achieve this, they practice transhumant beekeeping, moving the hives several times a year to keep pace with the bees and the flowers. Coralie Gauvrit and Antoine Latry revisit the famous Landes pastis that they make in their new restaurant Les Allées, this delicious cake flavored with vanilla and Armagnac. Awarded at the "saveurs Nouvelle-Aquitaine" contest in 2022, these two pastry lovers have revisited grandma's recipe, made with simple and quality products (vanilla imported from Madagascar). Bertrand and Gérald are the Pastis Brothers! You'll certainly have the chance to meet them, as they're the ones manning the stalls when they visit the markets in Mont-de-Marsan, Morcenx-la-Nouvelle and Dax. By the way, it's only at the markets (or to order) that you'll find baby pastis. Gourmets won't be able to resist! To share, opt for the classic 600-gram format. The daughter of farmers, Stéphanie Siberchicot took over the family farm where she grows organically grown cereals and oilseeds, which she transforms into oils, flours, cookies and natural sourdough breads. With her husband Fred, diagnosed as gluten hypersensitive, they launched the "Paysans du grain au pain" project in 2016. It was in June 2023 that Aurélie Mallet decided to take over the old grocery store backing onto the Saint-Sever abbey church. From its origins in 1946, only the good products remain! Near Mont-de-Marsan, meet a producer of armagnacs and white and rosé Côte de Gascogne wines. Christelle Lasseignou farms eight hectares of vines in the Bas Armagnac Landais terroir. She offers tastings by appointment, including her flagship product: the AOP Floc de Gascogne aperitif, a blend of fresh grape juice and young armagnac. His armagnac won a silver medal at the Concours Agricole de Paris in 2023. Take home a few bottles as a souvenir of your stay in the Landes region!

The Bastebieille farm regularly wins numerous medals at the Concours Général Agricole, including a gold medal in the "Whole Duck Foie Gras in Preserves" category in 2020. Conservative producers for five generations, the Lesgourgues family raises ducks for foie gras (traditional force-feeding with grain corn) and also produces all the cereals for their feed. In the heart of the village of Soorts-Hossegor, the Pavillon de la Forêt is an eclectic living space where a variety of activities come together. On the first floor, you'll find the wine shop Les Vins de la Forêt, the Boucherie de la forêt and the florist Eté Indien. Rookyto began as a meeting between Chloé (Californian) and Romain (French) in a chocolate factory in Vietnam. Together, they traveled the tropics (then California and India) to learn more and more about the cocoa bean. Their new adventure takes root in Seignosse, in the heart of the artisan village: Les Ateliers de Larrigan. In their workshop-boutique (where you can watch the chocolate being made), you can already enjoy choosing between bars, gourmet treats, drinking chocolate and jams!
