Bertrand and Gérald are the Pastis Brothers! You'll certainly have the chance to meet them, as they're the ones manning the stalls when they visit the markets in Mont-de-Marsan, Morcenx-la-Nouvelle and Dax. By the way, it's only at the markets (or to order) that you'll find baby pastis. Gourmets won't be able to resist! To share, opt for the classic 600-gram format. Organic Landes eggs, natural sourdough, organic whole milk, natural vanilla from Madagascar, salt from Salies-de-Béarn... With good products!
