Located just 5 minutes from the freeway exit, La Sourbère cannery was created by Adeline and Fabrice, an epicurean couple who are fervent advocates of short circuits and "made in France". They cook fresh seasonal fruit, vegetables and meat, which they then sell in their store. Duck rillettes, pâté, dry sausage, cassoulet, foie gras, moussaka, ratatouille, cured meats, as well as jams and honeys... A veritable gourmet's den. Online, they also offer recipes and cooking tips.
