You want to discover the lake of Hossegor in an original and playful way? For example, by renting a Hawaiian pirogue, a Canadian canoe or a stand-up paddle? For one hour or more, with friends or family, the calm waters of the lake are well suited to the exercise, whether you are beginners or initiated. With a length of 2,300 m and a width of 350 m, the shores of this lake are never far away. You can sail to the first bridge, just before you reach the channel to the ocean. Also try the Goliath, a giant paddle for 4 to 6 people.

The Aygueblue aquatic area includes a 25 m sports pool, an educational pool, a relaxation pool (bubbling mattresses, counter-current river, etc.), a leisure pool and a paddling pool. With more than 6,000 m² of planted beach, the outdoor area has plenty to offer. There are also several pools with jets, play facilities and balneo-relaxation areas. There's also a fitness area and a wellness area. Closed for renovation until June 2024.

Anchored since 1986, in the heart of the Landes pine forest and on the edge of the ocean, this magnificent 27-hole golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, covers 84 hectares. Ranked 85th best course in the world by Golf Digest (outside the USA), the complex also includes: an international 18-hole "forest and ocean" course, a 9-hole "airial" course, a 30-station driving range (10 of which are covered), three putting greens and two practice bunkers on the Club-House driving range. Professionals or amateur players rub shoulders every day on this Aquitaine course.

You can choose between a 9-hole "Les Grands Lacs" course (Par 32, 2,172 m) and an 18-hole "Forêt & Océan" course (Par 71, 5,674 m). The driving range features twenty-five stations, seven of which are covered. So it's a real pleasure for golf lovers to be here in the heart of the Landes forest, close to Biscarrosse lake. In terms of accommodation, the Domaine du Golf de Biscarrosse offers seasonal rental villas with swimming pools for 6 to 12 people. You can also enjoy a meal at the Parcours Gourmand.

Designed by Arnaud Massy, John Morrison and Charles Bouhana in 1927, the Golf of Hossegor was created in the middle of a pine and cork oak forest, on a sandy ground sheltered from the winds. With a typically British layout refined by Cabell Robinson in 2003, Hossegor is listed as one of the one thousand best golf courses in the world by the Rolex Book. Shorts, tank tops and jeans with holes in them are prohibited. Gentlemen are also asked to remove their caps or hats inside the clubhouse. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner in summer.

Mimizan is known for his surfing champions and body board. So, to compare yourself to these talented athletes, a traineeship with the Maeva Surf Club won't be too much. Induction or development courses, with state-run monitors, for adults and children.

From Biscarosse, you can reach Capbreton in 1 hours. From the Pontoon B you leave for a sea fishing morning (March to October except July/August). Renowned as one of the most beautiful on the Atlantic coast, the Seignosse golf course is a veritable jewel of nature. Situated on a very hilly site, amidst centuries-old oaks and pines, the course is highly technical. This exceptional location will enable you to discover the golf course's layout and its winding character, yet accessible to all. Some holes will allow you to dominate the course and enjoy an exceptional panorama. Introductory and advanced courses are also available. The restaurant boasts a panoramic terrace.

With over 140 games and 13 courses of varying levels, Parc Robinson is one of the biggest accrobranche courses in the region. The little ones (under 6) can have fun on the "green" courses, while the more adventurous can tackle the difficulties of the Grand Frisson and Commando courses up to 12 metres high (from 16 years). As for safety, don't panic: the park is equipped with a continuous lifeline system. Admission gives you access to all courses for up to 4 hours. Zip lines are yours!

Surrounded by hundred-year-old oaks, the Mont-de-Marsan Golf Course also has a club-house and a restaurant. The design of the course is very varied, passing from forest to meadow, undulating and crossed by a charming stream, Le Roumat. On the practice side, the golf course offers 25 carpeted tees, 9 of which are covered, as well as a grass practice area, and a green and bunkers area to improve your game.

Created in 2007, this association "law 1901" affiliated to the French Federation of Underwater Studies and Sports (FFESSM) gathers passionate volunteers. Lake or sea explorations, baptisms... Accessible from 10 years old, the Club has a slot at the Aygueblue aquatic center on Friday evening for winter dives. You will find this Landes underwater school at the Rey beach, behind the snack bar Le Cabanon, two fins away from the Hossegor canal; a unique shallow natural area. The deep dives off Capbreton are reserved for the initiated.

Golf de Pinsolle is ideally located between pine trees and the ocean, at Soustons Plage. Enjoy a 9-hole course that's just as suitable for beginners as for advanced players, thanks to its diversity and technical features. There's also a practice area with 3 putting greens and 30 water-based driving ranges. For a break, the golf bar-restaurant is open every day. You can also buy and hire equipment in the pro-shop. Group discovery lessons for groups of 3 to 10 people are also available, on reservation.

Nestling in the heart of the town of Soustons, the lake stretches as far south as the village of Azur. At the Parc de la Pointe des Vergnes, you can enjoy the natural surroundings and observe grey herons, squirrels and wagtails. Stroll along the water's edge, enjoy a bike ride or a spot of fishing, or try your hand at sailing, stand-up paddling or canoeing (hire from the Centre Sportif de L'Isle Verte) in absolute peace and quiet. You'll also find a picnic area, as well as restaurants overlooking the water.
