The first vines of the Maison Jadot were planted in 1826, three generations of this family succeeded there. In 1984, Jadot became an American property but retained its Burgundian soul. Today, Maison Louis Jadot controls 220 hectares in Burgundy, including 80 in Beaujolais. Since the spring 2013, Maison Louis Jadot has been open to individuals. Alain Gillon, a farmer from the Châtillonnais region, started out in viticulture in 1995 with his brother Patrick. Julien and Romain, their respective sons, took over the reins of the family domaine, investing heavily. Created in 1978 by Jean Jacquin, it is now Jean-Michel (one of his sons) who is at the helm of this beautiful family estate of 7.6 ha (including 3.85 ha in 1er Crus and 4 ha in Chablis). Here, the wines are vinified then bottled at the domain in the purest tradition and in the perfect respect of the soils and the natural processes. To say that the Roy family is rooted in the Chablis region is an understatement! In 1810, Pierre Roy was a winegrower there. One hundred years later, his descendant Fernand created the estate. Passed down from generation to generation, Benoît Sordet, owner of Domaine Coste-Caumartin continues to keep this 13-hectare estate alive. Concerned about the environment and biodiversity, the estate has obtained the HVE (High Environmental Value) level 3 label, as of the 2019 vintage harvest. This distinction is a guarantee of quality work that allows the vine to flourish. We find among others Saint-Romain, Beaune^1er Cru for the whites and in red of Pommard and Pommard 1er Cru of which "Le Clos des Boucherottes", Clos in monopoly. Very beautiful wines raised in oak barrels which develop all their quality in a superb vaulted cellar of the XVIIth century.

For almost half a century, the Carbillet pastry and chocolate factory has been delighting the people of Dijon! Traditional recipes such as excellent chocolate snails and rocks, shortbread for biscuits, fruit pies or strawberries for pastries! But also a cultivated penchant for innovation. This is the branch of the house Moillard-Grivot, breeders of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Located just steps from the Hospices de Beaune, this gallery displays fine works of art from the great climates of the coast of Nuits and the coast of Beaune and the Hauts-Côtes. Régis Parigot and his Son Alexander are at the head of an area created in 1960, but they come from a long family experience in the wine world. Thiebault Huber, who created his estate in 1994, is not a young estate, since his history goes back to 1926. The estate is located in magnificent premises at the northern entrance to Meursault, where the winery, cellar and tasting room are grouped together in a modern building. The 9.5 ha of vines have been organically grown since 2001, controlled and certified by Ecocert since 2005. The organic wines are both whites and reds, with appellations ranging from Mercurey to Pernand-Vergelesses, via Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay and Meursault.

Dufoux chocolates is a long story that began in 1960 in Saône-et-Loire and continues in Dijon with this beautiful store located on rue des Forges. In its unmistakable window display in the colors of chocolate and Burgundy blackcurrants, the Dufoux house presents its original creations. In the store, the proposals pay tribute to the occasions for the greatest pleasure of the gourmets. Young and old alike can enjoy chocolate candies, bars bearing the famous owl and other original dark or milk chocolate items.

Olivier Bys, a molecular biologist by training, set up his brewery in the Pays de Seine et Tille, inspired by the local places to name his own beers. Founded in 1999 in Pouilly-sur-Loire, Les Craquants is an artisanal cookie maker offering (as the name suggests!) a very famous hazelnut and almond cookie. Les Craquants was awarded the title of Best Biscuit in France in 2002. Available in several variations, they rub shoulders with Carabiquettes (famous goat's milk caramels), as well as Nevers nougatines and pavés de la route bleue. There's also a pleasant tea room and a fine delicatessen section.

The son of a breeder and very attached to his land, Vincent Robiche naturally set up his brewery in the heart of the Nivernais region, in the commune of Parigny-les-Vaux. Handcrafted top fermentation beers, and awarded at the Salon de l'Agriculture, La Rur'ale beers come in ten flavours: blond, white, brown, red, stout...
