The 2 Aces, François-Xavier and Nicolas, have more than 700 references of wines, crémants, champagnes, whiskies and beers in their independent store. In addition to a large choice of Burgundy wines, they also have bottles from a good selection of French domains (Loire, South-West...). Maille mustard is in the line of these great houses known all over the world for the symbol of gastronomy they represent. The unavoidable boutique has been on the throne since 1845 and invites you to a gourmet trip with a selection of mustard in jars: truffle, Chablis, blackcurrant or Italian with parmesan and white truffle. La Ferme du Château has become a popular place to buy seasonal vegetables and fruit. A "short circuit" formula with Olivier Père who has developed his market gardening activity by opening a self-service shop and even a direct picking place depending on the season. A partnership with the Moulin à Vent farm allows you to order vacuum-packed beef, heifer, veal and pork. Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. Founded in 1946, Maison Gaugry is well known to Burgundy cheese lovers. The stars here are Palet de Bourgogne, a delicious soft cheese with a washed rind, Soumaintrain and Chaource PDO. Winner of several awards, Maison Gaugry enjoys developing products that combine gourmet pleasure with respect for tradition, such as Époisses AOP, Plaisir au Chablis bio, Crémant and Brochonnais bio. You can take a gourmet tour of the production facilities, and even treat yourself to a selection of cheeses.

The Védrenne shop in the rue Bossuet is a nice showcase for the group of the same name based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Created in 1923, the Védrenne house is a real institution. Among the distillery's products, we can mention the "Supercassis" blackcurrant cream at 20 degrees which is a pure delight, or, very trendy, the triple dry curaçao. The fruit creams are available with chestnut, blueberry, vine peach and the liqueurs allow to make amazing cocktails, like the one with elderflower. There are many references in the shop.

Often copied, never equaled, Mulot et Petitjean gingerbread is the Madeleine de Proust of Dijon. The house perpetuates the tradition of authentic gingerbread in all its forms. In a 450 m² thematic tour, the production process unfolds before our very eyes: we follow the stages of gingerbread making through the company's collection of machines and tools, and the testimonies of employees on a large screen.

Les Champs du Destin is a 100% organic bakery created by Jérôme Bruet. The unusual flours and cereals are produced on village land that has been preserved for many years. An organic baker since 1994, Jérôme is brimming with projects, notably participating in development programs with Agro Sup Dijon. His laboratory also prepares a range of 14 chocolates made with lecithin-free cocoa paste and enriched with multiple cereals. Among the must-haves are the Champs du Destin beers made from organic cereals.

Virgile and Peggy Berthiot dreamed of one day brewing their own beer, a wish that has been fulfilled since the opening of their Trois Fontaines brewery 20 years ago. Indeed, the Mandubienne and the Téméraire, craft beers and 100% natural, are now known throughout Burgundy. Better still, the Mandubienne is 100% Côte d'Or! Alain Gillon, a farmer from the Châtillonnais region, started out in viticulture in 1995 with his brother Patrick. Julien and Romain, their respective sons, took over the reins of the family domaine, investing heavily. The estate is set in a superb location, in the heart of the village and on the banks of the Seine, and comprises just over 9 hectares of vines. Always on the lookout for something new, the owners are currently vinifying a Crémant blanc de noir and an oak-aged white wine, both of which will be available in 2025.

Created in 1978 by Jean Jacquin, it is now Jean-Michel (one of his sons) who is at the helm of this beautiful family estate of 7.6 ha (including 3.85 ha in 1er Crus and 4 ha in Chablis). Here, the wines are vinified then bottled at the domain in the purest tradition and in the perfect respect of the soils and the natural processes. To taste here Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, as well as Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Petit Chablis and Chablis.

To say that the Roy family is rooted in the Chablis region is an understatement! In 1810, Pierre Roy was a winegrower there. One hundred years later, his descendant Fernand created the estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another on this 20 ha estate located on the right bank of the Serein. The 4 appellations are present: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru "Le Fourchaume" and "Le Vaulorent", and the Grand Cru "Les Bougros" and "Les Preuses". For almost half a century, the Carbillet pastry and chocolate factory has been delighting the people of Dijon! Dufoux chocolates is a long story that began in 1960 in Saône-et-Loire and continues in Dijon with this beautiful store located on rue des Forges. In its unmistakable window display in the colors of chocolate and Burgundy blackcurrants, the Dufoux house presents its original creations. In the store, the proposals pay tribute to the occasions for the greatest pleasure of the gourmets. Young and old alike can enjoy chocolate candies, bars bearing the famous owl and other original dark or milk chocolate items.

Founded in 1999 in Pouilly-sur-Loire, Les Craquants is an artisanal cookie maker offering (as the name suggests!) a very famous hazelnut and almond cookie. Les Craquants was awarded the title of Best Biscuit in France in 2002. Available in several variations, they rub shoulders with Carabiquettes (famous goat's milk caramels), as well as Nevers nougatines and pavés de la route bleue. There's also a pleasant tea room and a fine delicatessen section.
