Founded in 1999 in Pouilly-sur-Loire, the family-run Les Craquants cookie factory offers (as its name suggests!) a very famous hazelnut and almond cookie. Available in several variants, these excellent craquants rub shoulders with Carabiquettes (famous goat's milk caramels), but also with Nevers nougatines and pavés de la route bleue, as well as savoury cookies. There's also a pleasant tea room, and a fine delicatessen section.

Open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6:30pm. Every day in July and August.
