After having represented Burgundy's wines for twenty years, Yvonnick Debray bought a vineyard in 2006. The 1,000 m²-fermenting room and cellars are situated in the heart of Beaune, at a stone's throw from the hospices. Between properties and marketing grapes from a reasoned culture, it is the equivalent of 20 hectares of vineyards, spread over Côte de Nuits and Beaune that are transformed. In 1957, it all began in a small village on the Hautes Côtes, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, it has 80 associate winegrowers working 350 ha of vines from Maranges to Marsannay on 1,472 plots. Founded in 1946, Maison Gaugry is well known to Burgundy cheese lovers. The stars here are Palet de Bourgogne, a delicious soft cheese with a washed rind, Soumaintrain and Chaource PDO. Winner of several awards, Maison Gaugry enjoys developing products that combine gourmet pleasure with respect for tradition, such as Époisses AOP, Plaisir au Chablis bio, Crémant and Brochonnais bio. The Védrenne shop in the rue Bossuet is a nice showcase for the group of the same name based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Created in 1923, the Védrenne house is a real institution. Among the distillery's products, we can mention the "Supercassis" blackcurrant cream at 20 degrees which is a pure delight, or, very trendy, the triple dry curaçao. Often copied, never equaled, Mulot et Petitjean gingerbread is the Madeleine de Proust of Dijon. The house perpetuates the tradition of authentic gingerbread in all its forms. In a 450 m² thematic tour, the production process unfolds before our very eyes: we follow the stages of gingerbread making through the company's collection of machines and tools, and the testimonies of employees on a large screen.

Les Champs du Destin is a 100% organic bakery created by Jérôme Bruet. The unusual flours and cereals are produced on village land that has been preserved for many years. An organic baker since 1994, Jérôme is brimming with projects, notably participating in development programs with Agro Sup Dijon. His laboratory also prepares a range of 14 chocolates made with lecithin-free cocoa paste and enriched with multiple cereals. Damien Gelot and his wife Mélanie have created an original concept for a wine and beer bar, wine shop and cocktail bar, where you can drink, eat and play. In 1988, Jean-Luc Aegerter acquired a winery in Nuits-Saint-Georges, and in 1994, he bought his first vineyard plots of 1.17 ha. Today, his son Paul vinifies and cultivates 50 ha, 14 ha of which he owns. Paul produces wines from magical vineyards covering most of the Burgundy appellations - an empire! Virgile and Peggy Berthiot dreamed of one day brewing their own beer, a wish that has been fulfilled since the opening of their Trois Fontaines brewery 20 years ago. The Epi Sourire team, a social and solidarity grocery store for people in financial difficulty, welcomes you in the Petit Cîteaux neighborhood.
