Lanester has a very varied economic fabric and a rich cultural life, with a population of approximately 23,000. It is the third largest city in Morbihan and the eighth in Brittany. Every year, you can come and attend, among others, the Kerhervy theatre festival in June or the Insolent festival in April. In partnership with local associations, the city also participates every 2 years in the week of International Solidarity which offers conferences, debates, animations...
