Little sister of the Biocoop in Lorient, the 7 Epis shop in Lanester offers nearly 10,000 items, many of which are local products. Three quarters of the fruit and vegetables are grown in the department. You will find excellent organic or wild fish in the fresh section, smoked by hand at the Pointe du Raz (in the neighbouring department). The bulk department has nearly 200 references in cereals, pulses, flours and cakes. A delicatessen area offers all kinds of spices, herbal teas and teas in bulk. It is also possible to grind your coffee.
