Landévant is famous in the history of France! In 1795, a few thousand Chouans defeated the republican troops during the battle that bears the name of the commune. During your walks, you will discover several chapels, in particular those of Listoir and Lannouan. You will also be able to see the chapel of Locmaria Er Hoët registered as a historical monument in 1925. It is said that the chapel was a former hospital where the pilgrims of the Tro Breizh could rest and be treated. In the same place, there is a calvary dating from 1732 decorated with an archaic Christ. Also to be seen: the tide mill, the last one on the river of Etel!
