Île aux Moines, from its Breton name Izenah, is without doubt the most accessible of the Breton islands, requiring only a 5-minute boat ride from Port-Blanc (Baden) to reach it. Departures are every 15 to 30 minutes. The island, which stretches over 6 km, is easy to explore on foot or by bike. Shops and restaurants are grouped around the harbor and in the town center, offering two completely different atmospheres: the charm of the seaside or the authenticity of an authentic Breton village. For walkers, there's a relatively easy 17 km loop hike around the island along the coastal path.
