Located in the north of the island, Fatima has several points of interest, starting with the Barachois interpretation trail. The 3.5-km long trail starts behind the dunes of Barachois Beach and runs through a freshwater marsh, then a brackish environment and finally a salt marsh. Along the trail, you can observe the flora and birds, including the rare piping plover. We will then admire the red cliffs of Belle-Anse, eroded by the sea, which has undermined them. Finally, we will follow these cliffs to Cap-au-Trou, where the relentless waves have carved out the crumbly sandstone cliff and arches have appeared.
