612 inhabitants. Sant Feliu Sasserra, the historic capital of Lluçanès, is a municipality with a rural tradition perched at an altitude of 600 metres on the Lluçanès plateau, covered with cultivated fields, pine forests and winding streams. In the 17th century, the village was the scene of a real witch hunt: in Catalonia, nearly 400 people, 90% of them women, were executed. The Centre d'Interpretació de la Bruixeria returns to this historical phenomenon, in which popular beliefs and esotericism are intertwined. Every November 1st, the village celebrates this dark past during the very popular Witches' Fair.
