Nearly 10 km east of La Vajol, on the GI-505, this town of fewer than 1,000 inhabitants allows us to continue the route of exile, as it too was a major stopping-off point during the 1939 Retirada. Enjoy the modernist buildings of this former cork-industry mecca, such as the chalet Parellada, casa Estela, can Vidal, Escoles Lluís Marià Vidal schools or the café La Concordia, all of which are well worth a stop.
