Garlenda is a typical inland village just a few kilometers from the sea. In 1964, the Galleani d'Alassio family created the Garlenda Golf Club here, an 18-hole course that has become one of the most beautiful in Liguria, with 6,085 m to play in the Lerrone valley, surrounded by ancient olive groves and pine forests. Members can also enjoy a swimming pool, hammam and restaurant. In Villanova, next to Garlenda, you'll find the small Clemente Panero international airport, which offers a range of services, not to mention the Hippodrome dei Fiori, which opens its doors to the public with several competitions throughout the year.
