Idan (Iddan) is a moshav created in 1980 by immigrants from Canada, the United States and South Africa. After the 1994 Peace Treaty, some of its lands were transferred to Jordan. It is the starting point for two roads along the border, along with Road No. 90: Peace Road or HaShalom Road (Peace Road) south, and Badlands Road, north. If Peace Road does not pose any traffic problems, you can only commit to Badlands Road only a few hundred metres if you don't have a 4 x 4.
