Travel Guide Tuzlata (Тузлата)

Tuzlata, 7 km from the coast of Baltchik, is above all one of the favorite places of the Bulgarians, before the tourists who come there for its black mud lake, with curative and softening virtues for the skin. The access to the beach is a bit complicated, but once you arrive, the experience is worth it. The entrance fee is 6 levas. Men and women are first separated before being able to join each other 20 meters further in the water if they wish. One will naturally come and put the mud on your back. Beware, some people feel comfortable to practice the mud bath naked, it is better to be warned. A restaurant not far away will welcome you after this moment of relaxation.
