Labná, whose name means "old house" or "abandoned house", is 3 km from Xlapak. Also little explored, the site owes its fame to the richly decorated remains of an arch of monumental proportions, which marked the entrance to the civic and ceremonial centre and separated two quadrangular surfaces. Located opposite the arch and accessible through a restored sacral section, the main building, known as the Gran Palacio, is almost 120 m long, making it one of the largest in the region. Nearby there is a steep pyramid, El Mirador, from which the landscape is dominated and from which there is a beautiful viewpoint.
