The Ambondrona bay adjoins the Ambatoloaka bay. It's a long way by road, but at low tide you can walk around the hill overlooking Madirokely (following the coast past the Hôtel L'Heure Bleue). You'll have to walk on the rocks, but it's not dangerous if you're careful - but only at low tide! This bay, quieter than its neighbor, is very pretty. With its fine sandy beach, you can be sure of peace and quiet. Not easy to swim at low tide, however. Second homes are booming and a luxury hotel has opened its doors. This is radically changing the face of the beach.
