The village is located just a few kilometres south-east of Sheki, with ruins of a former temple dating from the th or th centuries. These ruins are well preserved to allow for an idea of the building. In the form of cross, with four arches in half-circle around of a dome, the temple was similar to that of a basilica. Although very damaged, it is still worth a little detour, if only for its beautiful natural site.
