Travel Guide Kalapka Game Reserve

Located just 10 km south of Ho, this reserve covers almost 325 km². The park owes its name to the Kalapka River that flows through it. The land is relatively dry, and it is logically difficult to find animals in real herds, although antelopes and monkeys can easily be observed around the greenest parts of the reserve. Reptiles and birds are also plentiful. For a few cedis, guided walks can be arranged with one of the security staff at the entrance office.
