It is one of the most beautiful bays in the Caribbean. This sheltered and closed cove, a paradise for West Indian yachtsmen, unfolds its beautiful cove lined with white sand and coconut trees. Protected by lush hills, it has long been a favorite refuge for pirates before becoming the site of a confrontation between the French and British fleets in the 18th century. Its postcard landscape was the setting for the movie Doctor Dolittle with Eddy Murphy in the late 1990s. Don't hesitate to go to the other side of the shore by taking the small shuttle that makes the crossing on demand. All around are resorts, bars and restaurants.
