This small town became an independent municipality only in 1985. It is located 36 km from Blumenau, a beautiful natural park with thermal springs.some sites to visit, a pretty church from which you can have a beautiful view of the city. We can visit some factories of cachaças, as the cachaceria do imperador, where we can observe the process of manufacture of the brandy and make a tasting of very good vintages.
