Read moreBuilding built from 1782 to 1787, which was used as a centre for gold taxes, local pesage and cast iron, and also as Prison prison. Today, it houses the Gold Ring Studies Centre, the Mint museum, and has exhibits of th- and th-century furniture and furnishings exhibitions, numismatic collections… and a terrible exhibition in the basement on the conditions of the slave detention. It shows the torture instruments, the chains and the balls in particular.
