At the heart of Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse for as long as anyone can remember, Chez Léon is open from September to May, offering only the freshest products. It's one of those places where you can come in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, to indulge yourself, accompanied by the excellent Damien Sibert, surrounded by his loyal crew of cheerful fishmongers and shuckers.
