In 1650, this small village had a fairly large fiefdom and two rival churches: the present one and that of Saint-Jean du Breuil, which has now disappeared. This Romanesque church, like most other religious buildings, has suffered from the wars. It lost its original bell tower, rebuilt on the side in 1848. It is estimated that the bell tower originally stood over the entrance to the church. As far as tourism and accommodation are concerned, you will find gîtes and guest houses in the pure architectural style of the region. Old farmhouses, old farms... For the hikers, discover the path of the canal of Charras and its landscapes of marshes, storks included!
