Perched on a hill with a breathtaking view of the Aude and Orbieu plains, Marcorignan has a typical Languedoc architecture. Built in circulade, the picturesque village has preserved some elements of its history. The most important are the remains of its ramparts, visible at the level of the rue du Commerce. The passage of the river Aude and the garrigue around the village can be used for nice picnics in the countryside.
