Even though it does not necessarily jump in the eyes of its territory and scattered habitat, Mignovillard is, with more than 700 inhabitants, the most populated municipality in the De township. Located at 900 m above sea level, it is a forest and agricultural area that enjoys many natural riches (forests, bogs, lapiaz…) In summer, the many paths that pass through it allow hiking, equestrian and mountain biking. In winter, there is the departure of about 2 cross-country ski slopes from 20 to km.
