To make good beer, you need water, good ingredients and a lot of passion! Superb renovation of a building transformed into a craft brewery with the Made in Chartreuse label. The beauty of the walls, the raw materials and the magnificent terrace make it a pleasure to taste the house beers - blonde, white, amber, triple and ephemerals - as well as a mojito bière or a virgin mojito made with homemade lemonade, all accompanied by a gourmet board. Installed in a building with an industrial past, this brewery carried by Greg and Marion advocates the local and the well done work. The beers, with names as funny as they are provocative, each claim their own character. Founded by two friends in professional reconversion, Mélody Humbert and Maxime Bejot, who have become self-taught brewers, the microbrewery has already made a good place for itself on the shelves already full of beers from Auvergne. Blonde, IPA, Stout, Pale Ale, and even some original and ephemeral productions, are available in organic stores, in some bars and restaurants, on markets, but also in direct sales. Les Gueules d'Orge is a community bar and urban brewery that produces 100% organic and local beers. The idea came from Mathieu Lesueur and Aurélien Desert, two friends who had been dreaming of this project for a long time. They produce 5 different beer recipes, with new ones on the way! The project is based on genuine environmental convictions: the beers are delivered by cargo bike to Saint-Etienne. The bar is open on Thursdays, and is a real place of life punctuated by various events, such as concerts.

All of Adrien Blondel's beers are called Lubie, a touch of fantasy intended by this brewer who makes very fine malt beers from organic ingredients. He has chosen to offer fairly classic beers, all with strong aromas and flavors dominated by cereals, whether they are blonde, white, amber, blackberry, or triple. Thanks to its participation in trade shows and other craft fairs, the brewery has won many awards, reinforcing its reputation and fame, well beyond our borders.

If you've lost your taste for beer, you haven't yet opened a Canute Lyonnaise! Brewed in the traditional way, Canute Lyonnaise beers have the good taste of combining undeniable expertise, quality products for beers that are neither filtered nor pasteurized, remarkable originality and an indefinable sense of humor. Each of Lyon's neighborhoods has its own unique style of beer, from the blond Tête d'Or to the amber Croix-Rousse, from the white Grange Blanche to the Guillotière IPA. Three friends, Julien, Nicolas and Thomas, brew a range of unpasteurized craft beers with 100% Bourbonnais appellations. A blonde, Beurdine, known as "la folle", a white, Jargeotte, known as "la bavarde", hopped whites, Dâleuse, meaning "it's hot", while Safr'Ane and Taloche are amber, and Bouchure is a brown. The alchemy of the brewers, combined with the cochonnailles d'la Vauvre, has given birth to Vauvrette, a smooth, light blonde, on sale exclusively at the Vauvre stall in Vallon-en-Sully.

Is it possible to make a "beer" from 100% local cereals? Yes, thanks to an exclusive process created by an innovative brewery, Brasserie Dulion. A brewery like no other, since it has decided to reinvent the brewing tradition in Rillieux-la-Pape. The idea is to brew from raw cereals (not malted), harvested in the region and organically grown. The result is an original range, with a Blonde 100% buckwheat (gluten-free), a blanche 100% spelt, a NEIPA 100% rye, and many other original recipes. Since last year, you can admire the brewery from its bar (evenings and privatizations on request).

"Beers made in Sainté! ". All the breweries in Saint-Etienne closed some fifty years ago, but today beer is making a strong comeback in the region. Here, you'll find delicious craft beers that everyone loves, such as Glüttes and Copains-Chopines. Every month, 20,000 liters of beer are brewed to produce more than 10 different beers. Proof of the success and excellence of our beverages, La Machurée has even been awarded a Fourquet d'argent (national beer competition).

Vincent Decroix and Sébastien Linger opened their craft brewery in Monistrol-sur-Loire at the end of 2018. All the brewing equipment is installed in the back shop. At the front, a large L-shaped bar allows the sale of their beers by the bottle. White, blond, red, brown, Christmas beer, spring beer... all are made with organic barley and wheat malts grown between the Haute-Loire and the Puy-de-Dôme. The perfect place to relax with friends.

An offbeat microbrewery born from the impetus of Benoît and Quentin, who present their range of craft beers with original, one-off and even original recipes: the unique Jour en Chartreuse, a Chartreuse white, Amère Noëlle (house IPA), Échec & Malt, an orange white, MaltoBar (Bar), a cereal triple, ^Pils3, an Apa blonde.... Among the artisanal microbreweries in the Alps, here's Nicolas Fernandez and Stéphane Louvion's Brasserie des Cuves. In this former garage in Sassenage, they set up their tanks in 2015 and brew excellent traditional beers with Grenoble water, source Rochefort, blended with quality ingredients. Blonde, rousse, white and black, these are very pleasant, well-balanced beers, made in the tradition of master brewers. Even more local is Belle Noiseuse: a beer with nutty notes inspired by Dauphin aperitifs. Beers that arrive at your door in a variety of pack sizes to share with friends. Production of beers (blonde, pils, amber, triple, special...). Les Copains Brasseurs has a Ch'timi accent, as Pierrot and Bapt know the brewing nuggets of the North like the back of their hands. They brew Summer Time, a summer beer with a coppery color and flowery hop flavors. This 5% lager was created in collaboration with Brasserie Lady Ale, using hops from Jardins d'Élodie in Cindré. La Démarrante is a fun, hoppy place with no shortage of good ideas. Open at the end of the day, La Démarrante treats us to good craft beers and good breads made from the leaven of house beers (a virtuous circle). Good atmosphere, good soundtrack and... good beers at this culinary microbrewery. The beers are available according to the inspiration of the brewers, especially on draught. It's a convivial, festive place where you can break bread and eat good bread, especially on Saturdays, with inventive street-food-style home cooking, and good products always in the same spirit. If the name Motueka refers to a New Zealand town, Florent Gillot's brewery is local, even ultra-local! The hop producers Florent works with are from Auvergne. The first one is in Haute-Loire, the second in Puy-de-Dôme. As for the barley, 50% of it is produced by Florent's uncle. The same idea for the packaging, since the bottles are French and the labels are produced in the Haute-Loire. This attention to the ingredients and this know-how can be felt during the tasting (possible on site)!

Hand-brewed by Brasserie Romanaise, Jacquemart organic beers pay tribute to one of the symbols of Romans. On the menu are blondes, browns and whites, not forgetting the Jacquemart Triple with its malty, citrusy and fruity aromas. No extracts, additives or colorants are used in these beers: ingredients and production processes are 100% natural. Bière des Bräu is an independent craft microbrewery founded by two friends, Paul Gabriel and Nicolas Lang, who trained themselves in brewing techniques. Today, you can indulge in a good home-brewed beer with a wide range of thirst quenchers, including French Ale, Strange IPA, Bräuwn Ale, Strong IPA and the white Bräucaïne, not forgetting the ephemeral range.
