Gérard Mondon left the hotel business over 30 years ago to pursue his passion for fine wines. His nephew Raphaël shares the same passion, and together they offer the finest French vineyards for sale, with a fine selection of wines and champagnes. On the spirits side, the cellar is particularly well-stocked with whiskies, but also with some very interesting old cognacs. In addition to the wide choice of references, the excellent advice and the warm welcome, there are also numerous events throughout the year.

They are blondes, redheads and brunettes and they are not the waitresses of the brewery La Canaille but the craft beers brewed in these places. Installed in a building with an industrial past, this brewery carried by Greg and Marion advocates the local and the well done work. The beers, with names as funny as they are provocative, each claim their own character. Founded by two friends in professional reconversion, Mélody Humbert and Maxime Bejot, who have become self-taught brewers, the microbrewery has already made a good place for itself on the shelves already full of beers from Auvergne. Les Gueules d'Orge is a community bar and urban brewery that produces 100% organic and local beers. The idea came from Mathieu Lesueur and Aurélien Desert, two friends who had been dreaming of this project for a long time. They produce 5 different beer recipes, with new ones on the way! The project is based on genuine environmental convictions: the beers are delivered by cargo bike to Saint-Etienne. The bar is open on Thursdays, and is a real place of life punctuated by various events, such as concerts.

ArtMalté is not only a microbrewery, but also a cellar and a bar dedicated to the region's craft beers, where the best beer lovers in the area meet. The 360 Brewery is open to visitors and offers an insight into the world of brewing and the Cantalien region. All of Adrien Blondel's beers are called Lubie, a touch of fantasy intended by this brewer who makes very fine malt beers from organic ingredients. He has chosen to offer fairly classic beers, all with strong aromas and flavors dominated by cereals, whether they are blonde, white, amber, blackberry, or triple. Thanks to its participation in trade shows and other craft fairs, the brewery has won many awards, reinforcing its reputation and fame, well beyond our borders.

Brewed in the traditional way, Canute Lyonnaise beers have the good taste of combining undeniable expertise, quality products for beers that are neither filtered nor pasteurized, remarkable originality and an indefinable sense of humor.
