La Manivelle is a story that has been going on since 2009, when it all started in an old hydroelectric plant in Dijon, which had an influence on the choice of the brewery's name! Since its inception, the brewery offers eleven permanent recipes of high fermentation and various styles. Since 2020, the brewery also has a bar and the beers are even certified organic. And what we find here, and what we love, is above all a team defending the values of craftsmanship that is waiting for you to share its passion!

We discovered beers " the manivelle" on a small market at the bend of a narrow street with Die, and since we let us return regularly in their shop on the church square to restock our personal cellar... and we come from Montpellier:) is
