Ze Zoet is the story of Antoine and Émilien, two childhood friends from the Lille metropolis, who meet around a common passion: beer. At the end of 2019, they create Ze Zoet, a craft and local beer, which they brew at the Hardy microbrewery, located in Quesnoy-sur-Deûle. Today, three beers are available: Ze Zoet blonde, Ze Zoet rosé and Ze Zoet IPA. It is possible to order the beer by sending a message on their Instagram account and have it delivered in the Lille Metropolis.

Antoine Gobrecht takes pleasure in delighting beer lovers at his craft brewery. Eager to share the secrets of his hoppy beverages, he warmly presents his 2 tasty ranges. His Premium 104 range includes a powerful triple, an IPA and a pale ale. His LIL range includes (among others) a light, refreshing lager, as well as a non-alcoholic version that won the France Bière Challenge for the third year running! The brewery was created in 2014. It is installed in the renovated dependencies of a former farm. The brewer's will is to produce authentic and traditional beers in the heart of this region to the rich brewing past. Thibaut Delamaide, after 10 years in National Education, is embarking on adventure. His biochemist training helps him control manufacturing processes. The name of the brewery refers to the megalithic site of the 7 Bonnettes.

At the Brasserie au Baron, it is not possible to leave without tasting bottles. All the beers are brewed with hops from local and unfiltered malts. The yeast is also homemade. These local ingredients combined with the generational know-how allows to obtain very high quality beers. It is also possible to visit the brewery to learn more about the different stages of the process. Jean-René Lesage is the creator of the Pas-de-Calais micro-brewery. He is above all a man of passion. Trained in biochemistry, he worked a time for the brewery of Saint-Omer. After his dismissal, he followed a training in Lille (ISA) before setting up a company to advise existing breweries. He then decides to start brewing his own beers in a farm in this beautiful valley. This is how the «Sournoise» emerged. The name is voluntarily "funny" as he himself says this good living brewer.

What a wonderful renovation! This brewery was created on the site of the ancient abbey Saint-André, located in the heart of the town of Cateau-Cambrésis. The writings attest to the existence of a brewery in 1775. Brewery activity ends in 1926. It was in 2004 that the activity resumed thanks to the passion and courage of Jean-Luc State known in the profession as a distributor of French and foreign special beers. The site is still under renovation. The brewery is the lung of the establishment. A large restaurant (regional specialities) surrounds the production unit. The manufacturing process (by gravity) has been preserved. It is an exceptional place to découvir a part of brewing history and taste original and innovative beers. The brand name of the brewery is the Vivat under different flavours!

Christophe Cloet is a discreet, reserved brewer, lover of artisanal beer. This former engineer in the public works decided one day to launch his own business, in beer! A snorkeling, he knows his ranges in terms of brewing. After 5 years of amateur brewing, he chose Ostricourt to install his micro-brewery. It was in 2010. Flamine comes from the contraction of Flemish and Mine, a way of paying tribute to the northern region.

He is a talented and passionate brewer who produces a range of artisanal beers. The adventure began in 2007 in Auchy-les-Mines (62). The brewery then moved to Haisnes. The beers are all high fermentation and have a prolonged guard to respect the brewing tradition of the region. The annual production shall not exceed 900 hectolitres. Beers with original taste and tastier.

Created in 1998, this brewery was born from a passion for special beers and the desire to work independently on a traditional and regional production that has completely disappeared in the Oise region. Located in a family farm, it relies on authenticity: small production volumes, local supplies, essentially local distribution... We recommend the blonde grand cru (careful, it is at 9 degrees), amber and white among the eight beers offered. Saint-Rieul beers regularly win medals in national competitions.

The Dreum brewery owes its name to its creator, Jérôme Dreumont. This young enthusiast started in the brewing adventure in 2005. He settled behind his house in the Neuville village in Avesnois. Curious and faithful to his principles, he was inspired by old recipes and exchanges with retired brewers to develop his range of artisanal beers. They are all refermentées in bottles and sold after two and a half months of custody. Originality of the master brewer, warm and welcoming: he has two trades. He is responsible for an advertising studio and a brewer! Jérôme Dreumont has a very beautiful tasting area and welcomes you every Saturday afternoon. Craig Allan is a reserved and passionate person. This Scotsman moved to France many years ago. After working in whisky and beer in Great Britain, he chose Picardy to set up his own brewery. He has always had a very precise idea of craft beer, and doesn't hesitate to use a wide variety of hops. After entrusting the production to a Belgian brewer (De Proef), he now makes his entire range in his Picardy village. Perfectly bilingual, he welcomes customers by appointment.

You can't get much more local than Ferme des Mottes' beers, since they are made from the farm's own barley! From being a former amateur brewer, Bertrand Coustenoble has become a talented craftsman-brewer, who advocates 100% natural brewing. Blonde, brown, amber or saffron, there is something for everyone! The Farm also offers very convivial visits and workshops to discover the cultivation of barley and to learn how to make beer the traditional way, followed by a tasting of course!

Pascal Détrez presides over the destiny of this craft brewery. A lifelong connoisseur of country drinks, he is passionate about all fermented beverages. After mead, cider, frênette and redcurrant wine, Pascal turned his attention to beer. After 13 years of brewing and a great deal of research, he embarked on his professional adventure in 2011 in an old farmhouse that had been completely refurbished. Committed to eco-responsibility, he produces entirely organically. For groups and by reservation, he offers to accompany the tasting with a meal of local charcuterie and cheeses on Saturday evenings, taken under a lean-to in the courtyard or in the open air. His main aim is to share his love of beer with visitors!

Brasserie La Risquette is a microbrewery offering a wide selection of craft beers. As a harvest brewer, they use part of their farm's grain to produce their beers. The brewery produces around 24,000 liters a year, equivalent to around 30,000 bottles. As well as distributing their products through various outlets, they also welcome visitors to their bar for tours and on-site tastings. However, it is important to note that the brewery does not offer a delivery service, but does offer a drive-through service.

Brasserie Du Goulot offers quality beers, crafted by master brewers. The ingredients are carefully selected to guarantee a delicately hopped and aromatic beer. The brewery also emphasizes proximity and conviviality, adapting its recipes and beers to the local area. In addition to on-site tastings, guided tours can be booked or the premises can be privatized. The brasserie also offers delivery services, but does not offer takeaway meals. Brasserie Du Goulot also emphasizes its ecological values, using returnable bottles, recycled cardboard and donating brewing residues to local farmers.
