Craig Allan is a reserved and passionate person. This Scotsman moved to France many years ago. After working in whisky and beer in Great Britain, he chose Picardy to set up his own brewery. He has always had a very precise idea of craft beer, and doesn't hesitate to use a wide variety of hops. After entrusting the production to a Belgian brewer (De Proef), he now makes his entire range in his Picardy village. Perfectly bilingual, he welcomes customers by appointment.
