BRASSERIE AU BARON

At the Brasserie au Baron, it is not possible to leave without tasting bottles. All the beers are brewed with hops from local and unfiltered malts. The yeast is also homemade. These local ingredients combined with the generational know-how allows to obtain very high quality beers. It is also possible to visit the brewery to learn more about the different stages of the process. The most recognized beer is the Cuvée des Jonquilles, which has found its place in the Guide Hachette des Bières.
