Its founder, Olivier de Brueker, is a passionate person and this can be felt in the way the products are selected and worked. Here the hops come from Boeschepe and the barley and wheat from regional producers. A passionate and patient craftsman. And the result is up to the task. The Lydéric is available in fruity white, bitter blond or floral or in triple with golden highlights. But the most surprising is undoubtedly the Red Lyderic, made from blueberries and currants.
