CHAMPAGNE FRANÇOISE BEDEL

Sale of wines and spirits
5/5
1 review

It is since 1998 that this area of 8,40 hectares has passed into Bio Bynamie, asserting its respect for the land and vine. The Demeter mention represents the commitment of one area, and the wine growers who work there, to cultivate the land sustainably, without chemicals, in vines and in winemaking. Here, Pinot meunier is the most cultivated, with 78% grape grape varieties, followed by Chardonnay (13%) and Pinot noir (9%). The vineyard extends to it in different communes on both sides of the Marne: Crouttes-sur-Marne, Villiers-Saint-Denis, Nanteuil-sur-Marne… With an assemblage of new wines and reserve wines, the origin'Origin'is a blend of Pinot meunier to honour. Fine bubbles, nose of dry fruit and candied fruit, and in the mouth, a beautiful freshness on citrus fruits. A lively and tense wine that will lead to an aperitif. The Cuvée Between Sky and Earth shows real know-how in the assemblages, with 80% of Pinot meunier and 20% of Pinot Noir. The dosage, rather low, gives the wine its minéralité and white flower aromas. A fresh fresh and fine wine, which is available in crude and extra-crude (6 g/l and 3,5 g/l). To be enjoyed with a beautiful seafood platter, the evening on the beach.

The choice of flavors is vast, from chicory to speculoos, and the ingredients are all of natural origin, with a few rare exceptions... The sorbets and ice-cream contain real pieces of fresh fruit (melon, peach, banana...), depending on the season, which are otherwise frozen at their place of origin (passion fruit for example). Dried fruits (nuts, hazelnuts, praline...) are also featured. Fresh fruit juices and tasty sandwiches are the perfect complement to this delicious gourmet break. An institution!

MAISON EVRARD

Charcuterie
5/5
3 reviews

In Lille, there are unavoidable names when talking about gastronomy. And among these names, the name of François Evrard is particularly dear to us. Born from a butcher's family, François continued the family adventure that began with his grandfather in Warlaing in 1938. Located in Lille since 2005, François and Chrystelle Evrard welcome you in a modern and warm store with impeccable stalls. Before any exceptional artisan butchery, you will find high quality meat, mature in special cellars, as well as meat such as Wagyu or French Angus. In the windows, the Salers cross the Normandy, as well as the regional blue white but also rare meat such as the black pig of Bigorre from Pierre Matayron, the Calala Calala Calf of Midi-Pyrénées. All the meat is selected with the utmost care and the service always gives us a recipe or a cooking board to appreciate the best of these delicacies. Some beautiful tables around the corner are provided to Evrard House. Home cooked meats and prepared dishes are also essential. They are developed with great respect for the French tradition and evolve according to seasons. You will also find a beautiful choice of Italian and Spanish delicacies from artisans who are passionate about the transmission of their know-how, like this Iberian ham of Bellota. Maison Evrard is also a fine grocery ray that will surprise you with its diversity: French caviar Sturia, mustards, olive oils, balsamic vinegar, top of the range, teas and many other high quality products. Just the best address in this gourmet heading.
